Revya needed a complete process pipeline: from upload through extraction, approval, and export, with real-time visibility into status and editable output, all without locking the business into a brittle, one-off integration.

We built an end-to-end process pipeline tailored to Revya's needs. Documents are ingested in any supported format; the system automatically routes them to the right extraction path based on document type and distributor, runs AI-powered extraction and mapping, and produces structured, editable output that flows through a clear lifecycle from processing to approval and extract. The pipeline handles multiple distributor formats and document types (invoices and credit memos) in one place, with live status updates and a defined workflow for approval and recovery. New formats or distributors can be added by extending the pipeline, so the platform scales with Revya's growth.
