Revya is an AI-powered revenue recovery and deduction management platform designed for Consumer Packaged goods (CPG) brands to reclaim lost margins from distributor deductions.
Challenges
Lost margin, scattered documents, and no system to recover either
CPG brands routinely lose margin to distributor deductions, and most have no reliable way to track, validate, or recover what they are owed. Invoices and credit memos arrive in dozens of formats (PDFs, CSVs, and vendor-specific layouts from distributors like Kehe, Lipari, and B&E), each with different structures, line-item conventions, and reconciliation requirements. For most brands, the process is entirely manual. Teams extract data by hand, cross-reference across documents, and chase discrepancies one by one. It is slow, error-prone, and breaks down as volume grows. Without a structured system to capture, process, and reconcile deductions end to end, money falls through the cracks and stays there.
An end-to-end AI-powered pipeline from raw documents to recovered revenue
We built Revya's platform from the ground up, with an AI-powered deduction pipeline at its core. The system takes raw document uploads through to validated, export-ready data. The system accepts documents in any supported format, automatically identifies the distributor and document type, and runs AI-powered extraction to pull structured line-item data without manual intervention. Every document moves through a defined lifecycle (processing, review, approval, export) with real-time status visibility at each stage. Extracted data is fully editable before approval, giving teams control without sacrificing speed. The architecture is format-agnostic by design: adding a new distributor or document layout extends the pipeline rather than requiring a rebuild, so the platform scales with Revya's growth and their clients' needs.
From manual extraction to a scalable deduction management platform
Revya now offers CPG brands a single platform to manage the full deduction lifecycle, from document upload to validated export, replacing the manual, spreadsheet-driven processes that let recoverable revenue slip away. Neural Lab built and delivered the platform that Revya now takes to market. What was previously a service-heavy, format-by-format operation is now a scalable, automated platform that handles new distributors and document types without custom engineering. Their clients get faster time-to-recovery, full audit trails, and visibility into every deduction, turning what used to be a back-office headache into a controlled, repeatable process.
